Welcome to the un-official, yet official start of “summer.” All over the country it’s time to dust of the grill, uncover the pool and get ready for the lazier days of summer, count the last days of school.
I’ll be at the gym this morning for our regular 9:30 class. Let’s get good and sweaty and burn a lot of calories to make way for this long weekend. Remember, the gym will be closed on Monday, but there are still plenty of ways to get in our daily exercise…No gym is a great excuse to walk or run outdoors, hit a park for some trail training, find a pool to swim (and float)in , go dancing, climbing, play tennis, etc.
Also remember to give thanks for our freedom and remember the reason we even celebrate in the first place. Make it a great weekend!!!
