Hope you had a great weekend. Mitch and I totally celebrated spring. We attended the Coral Springs Art Fair, the Parkland Farmer’s Market, The Great American Meatout in Tamarac, (which was educational and yummy! we sampled some great food such as vegetable dumplings, an incredible dish made from chick peas and a lot of Indian spices and cake from THE vegan gourmet restaurant, Sublime, as well as some other tasty vegan treats) we saw Alice in Wonderland in 3D and began planting our spring annuals. All in all, spring was definitely in the air!

I just love spring!! My strawberry seedlings are growing stronger and taller each day. Our little ducklings are paddling around the canal. I planted some new flowers in our patio pots. Ted and I went to the beach on Saturday and ate dinner at Aruba Beach Cafe. What a treat that was!! What a great time of year!
