Ellen and I have collected money from close to 100 people but there is still time to get in on this, just bring one of us 10.00 cash. My students please place your money in an envelope and PRINT your name (and the names of anyone you are bringing with you) or place a return address mailing label on the envelope–names must be legible as we will take attendance the day of the event, which is the 31st of this month…On the football front, I am so sad to see the Texans go home–I had them all the way but now my devotion returns to my Dophins and hope that next year is a better year…If you want to do one thing different with your eating this week, try bringing those spices out of the cabinet where you will use them! Spices have a great effect on digestion and so much more. Consider cinnamon to help lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels while aiding digestion and decreasing inflammation, turmeric to help prevent dementia and also work as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and ginger for relief of stomach problems as well as possibly relieving joint pain. Most every spice has a positive health benefit, so try them all and use them regularly…
