This morning I woke up in conflict. I keep thinking about those stats on kids spending an average of 4.5 hours a day looking at a screen. Biggest Loser shows have a pattern with me. When one is really good, the next one isn't as good. Last night's was just OK. I thought last night's episode of Biggest Loser was a big winner. I loved the outdoor gyms that the trainers designed for their teams! Loved, loved, loved.
