“Nobody ever did, or ever will, escape the consequences of his (or in this case her) choices.”
Alfred A. Montapert
I was unable to watch Biggest Loser last night and will, unfortunately, need to be taking a break from blogging. I am so very regretful for making a really poor choice which will now cost great consequences. If you were at class last night, I am so sorry, as I am to many others that this will effect. I have a great deal to learn about life.

Hi, dear friend. I just sent you an e-mail about today’s classes. Know one thing…”this shall also pass.” This little poem, shows that we all need to learn and guess who/what is the grater Teacher?
“I walked a mile with “Pleasure,”
She chattered all the way;
But left me none the wiser
For all she had to say.
I walked a mile with “Sorrow,”
And never a word said She;
But oh, the things I learned from her
When Sorrow walked with me.” J.R Miller
