I think I just realized another huge reason I love the first day of spring. Equal amounts of daylight and darkness. Perfectly split. Yin and yang. BALANCE!
Lots to do and celebrate this day. After Blaze’s morning stroll its off to the Parkland Farmers Market. There aren’t many left before they take a break till next winter. That is one of the saddest things about spring, BUT I am happy that our own garden is growing and we have also discovered some other venues for great produce. After the market there will be a full day of celebrating and I am anxious to get back in the pool after swimming 20 laps on Friday and declaring the pool OPEN for the season. Tonight we will surely be grilling up some goodies from this morning’s visit to the market.
