How I often feel waking up after a long weekend….
Do you feel like I do?
Today is a good day to drink a lot of water, get moving, make a fresh salad, put on some music and dance it out, set a timer to get up and move around and/or stretch every hour, put some weights in your “work space” and use them, do push-ups off your desk, do dips off your chair, do some jumping jacks, march in place, purchase a fitness tracker, find a fitness video on youtube.com or zoom, or?? There are so many options.
My next move is OFF the computer and to the park for a long workout. What’s your next move?
