Don’t Leave Me, Ramon.

Let me begin by saying, there wasn’t too much about last night’s BL episode that I really liked and IF you already saw it, you probably can imagine that it got worse for me as it went on.  Firstly, I hate temptation challenges, especially when the only way to win is to eat, and it was really just like a lottery.  With numbers attached to the bottom of the plates, the winner would end up with the lowest number, and there would be second and third place.  The prizes were all very inspiring to make one want to go back for more food until they got what they thought might be the lowest number.  With 5 minutes to eat, these people could put away a lot of calories if they wanted to.  In the end Vinny wins first place and gets a 3 pound advantage, Becky comes in 2nd and picks a $25,000 Cybex home gym (NICE!!!) and Antone gets $500.00.

Of course there is a lot of training and I do love watching Anna train her people on the tennis court.  We sit a heart-to-heart between Bob and Big Vinny and Dolvett does football drills with John, the coach.  Then its back to the ranch for a healthy Thanksgiving dinner.  They all talk about what they are thankful for and Bob spoke from his heart about his overweight sister.  Now that must be pretty frustrating, trainer Bob.

Challenge time.  The contestants will race one mile UP Jacob’s ladder….that is 5280 feet.  3 more prizes await the winners and each winner gets to keep their prize and give away a duplicate.  John, Sunny and Ramon win.  John chooses a one pound advantage and will pick the one to give it to at the end, Sunny chooses the BL Meal Plan and gives the second one to Bonnie (nice).  My boy Ramon gets the $2,500 and gives the other $2,500 to Vinny.

Now, I have to say that I found the prizes all a bit confusing.  Who has to be there to get one, who has to be at home, who gets a pound, loses a pound, advantages, disadvantages…all this while flipping back and forth and trying to hear some of our favorites on the X Factor was too much work at the end of a busy day.  None of it would matter to me at the very sad weigh in.  Vinny lost 11 pounds, Becky 5, Antone 8, John 5, Sunny 5, Ramon 5.

OH NO NOT RAMON!!!!!  I could lose any of them, but not Ramon.  But in the end, a lot of crying for me.  Sad tears to see him go, happy tears to see him after he gave himself a makeover before going to see his new love, Jess.  What a cutie with his haircut and his trimmed beard.  When he came to the ranch he was 355 pounds and now he is 245 and we see him and Jessica training together on the beach and then they go to cross something off their bucket list.  They both looked like they were having an awesome time skydiving and Ramon tells us the next step for them is the big plunge.  I just don’t feel her love for him as he keeps expressing and showing for her.  I hope I am very wrong.  Love you, Ramon. Can’t wait to see you again.

Next week it’s the make-over episode.  YAY!!!  And at the end, a weigh-in and an elimination that leaves the final 4.  Where does the time go?
