Anyone who watches Biggest Loser was probably happy to see Tracey go home last night. She was all about the game and hurt too many people along the way, never good karma! At the end of the show, when we saw what she looks like at present, I still cried like a baby. The amazing transformations evoke an unbelievable emotion in me, each and every week. Hat’s off to my pick of the season, Rebecca, for winning immunity and for the fantastic weight loss this week. Actually, almost all the contestants pulled great numbers on the scale. It was exciting to see them picking veggies at the White House and then eating the salad that was made with them. What a huge, gorgeous salad! Since this episode took place in Washington, DC it was fun to watch the challenges take place at such historical sites. Personally, I am always inspired by the outdoor challenges that require no gym, just an imagination and the will to work hard. Today I know I will be looking at staircases with a whole new meaning!!
