The parts of the royal wedding that I was able to see, were beautiful. Kate is gorgeous, her dress, her borrowed tiara, her sister, her smile and dimples…it was so clear to see that she was truly having fun and honestly living in the (her!) moment. I absolutely LOVE the royal carriage. What a fairy tale it must be to be the princess riding in that! May they live long, happy, loving lives together, giving of themselves to each other and to the world, as well….Speaking of which, a big happy anniversary to our dear, long time (long!) friends, Debbie and Jeff who celebrate their anniversary today. If my memory serves correctly, I am thinking it is 35 years. Wow. We look forward to celebrating with you…we also look forward to witnessing the marriage of Jamie to Ryan, coming very quickly! This will be one of the first of the friend’s kids to get married and we are all very excited…
On a totally different note, I learned that Lululemon will be opening a store in Boca Town Center Mall soon. If you love trendy, quality (I can’t afford it!) workout clothes, this is the place! The added value is the awesome bag with all the quotes I have been using for the past few months 🙂 I did visit their store in NYC and was going to splurge while on vacation, but didn’t want to start trying things on. They also have a store in Aventura, but I have never been.
I was absolutely thrilled to hear one of my clients reporting that she has been practicing gratitude every day since one of our recent sessions and has noticed what an amazing difference it has made in her mood, attitude and life in general. As a trainer, nothing really excites me more, than when someone comes back and says something they have gleaned from a session is actually working on all those other days that we are NOT together. As Robert Mastuzzi said “If you don’t give a bit of yourself to someone else, you are a failure.”
**I am happy to announce that the class schedule at Tamarac Fitness Center continues to grow before we have even started there. Thanks to your efforts to get yourself in and register, we are now over 50 strong. Because of that, Ron has already agreed to adding a second class on MONDAYS. That means the schedule now looks like this: Bonni- Monday 11:30-12:30 AND 12:30- 1:30, and Wednesday 11:30-12:30– I believe Carol will be teaching Tuesday and Friday also 11:30-12:30 but double check with her. That gives us 5 classes to start with, and Ron continues to assure me that he will do whatever he needs to do as long as the classes are busy. So as of this moment the only 12:30 class will be on Mondays and it will be effective immediately upon our move their on May 9. PLEASE spread the word to those that may not be online or checking into the site. It would be ideal if the Monday people could keep their schedule as it has been. I will go over this in class on Monday and our final Bally day, Wednesday. Please help me have the turnout I have been promising 🙂
Have a great Saturday, this last one of April. While you are out enjoying, don’t forget to give a piece of yourself to someone else! Much love.
