JUMP START YOUR DAY!
Recently, I watched a segment with Anthony Robbins who suggested we start our days with the following 3 steps.

Spend a little time moving around and getting the fluids in our bodies moving. (He suggested jumping on a
/trampoline for a few minutes suggesting the jumping really gets our blood and lymphatic fluid moving but I am sure any kind of moving is better than none!)

Spend a few minutes practicing gratitude. Personally, I always try to find new things/people/etc. to be thankful for each day.

Reciting the following mantra over and over again, each time emphasizing a different word: “Everything I need, I have within myself.“ (It is interesting to see how each emphasis gives the sentence a different spin.)
