This morning, short and sweet…in memory of Michael Gruber who lost his 10plus year battle with lymphoma, yesterday morning. “Gruber,” was definitely a unique character and will be remembered as such and certainly missed. What a great job his fiance and friends did pulling together to help him through his struggle, particularly over the past 6 or so months. Mitch, you were an awesome friend to him and I am sure he appreciated your time, your visits, your friendship (since way back in New Paltz) and the recent soup deliveries, too!
Gruber gave this fight his all, that’s for sure…how many times did the doctors tell you there was no hope, only to find you feeling great and beating all the odds. You sure showed them! You also showed us that NO ONE can tell you when your time on this earth is up. Rest peacefully, MBG. Wishing Carol and your family much strength at this time.
I will be at TFC tonight for my last 2 classes of the year, there. Expect the 7pm to be THE most peaceful class of the year. We all can use some extra peace.

That was beautiful, Bon.
Gruber’s verve is what enabled him to defy what the doctors were telling him, proving as You said, “NO ONE can tell you when your time on this earth is up”.
And the friendships he sustained throughout his life are a testimony to what a very special guy we just lost!
Wishing you and all those you know Peace and Good Health!

Kettlebells are the newest fitness trend.
I use the workouts listed at Kettlebell Handles and I get great results.
Thanks!
