Bonni, that quote is perfect and I agree with it 100%. I always watch people losing weight because of a special event and then after the event, they return to their regular sedentary lifestyle AND the weight is put back on. I could never wrap my brain around that thought process. A healthy lifestyle needs to be nutured and maintained. It is a lifelong goal and commitment……not just for a wedding, reunion, etc.
