I love lions, I love lambs, and I absolutely LOVE the month of March. Not only are a couple of my best friends born in the month of March, and we get to celebrate the luck of the Irish, (a great excuse to drink some beers)but it also houses my two favorite days of the year; spring, of course and the day we spring ahead and change the clocks. With extra hours of sunlight, it’s more time available to us to get outside and enjoy some fitness…and some peace, too.
