With only a few minutes at the computer this morning, I share this quote. Thanks, Ellyn, (my college roomie) for posting this and many other beautiful and thought provoking quotes on FB. As a teacher, I know you work daily to helps others to rise…
“Love one another and help others to rise to the higher levels, simply by pouring out love. Love is infectious and the greatest healing energy.”
–Sai Baba
And while on the topic of love and teaching…I adored what one little kindergarten student answered when asked what my beautiful friend, Ms. Jane did for her this year. The little girl responded, “she watered me with love.” Congratulations, Jane, on bringing that class to a great finish and congratulations to her very own kindergarten graduate, my little love, Nate.
Nate on graduation day. What a cutie….and yes, Nate, we had graduation all the way back when I was a kid.
Congratulations to all the students and teachers finishing another school year. What a big accomplishment. I still look back to the days my boys graduated Pinewood Elementary and it’s impossible to believe how many years have gone by! I still relish summer vacation the very same way I did when the boys were young, and when I was young. Summer vacation is a mood, a way of life…a mind set.
I say…everyone in the pool!

Yeah … that’s because you’re not the one who has to clean all those pools 😉
