Monkey Bar Gyms (MBG) are the only gyms in the nation to integrate a full-body skills training for strength, speed and stamina; Eischens Yoga for restoration and healing; and a plant-based diet for the health of people and our planted. At MBG they climb, jump and crawl like children at a playground. They offer a unique type of exercise that engages the entire body and mind to build usable skill along with long lasting confidence. The members are empowered to progress in a challenging, non-discriminating environment. MBGs can be found in locations across the US, including their newest venue in Thousand Oaks, CA. They can also be found in Australia, Canada and Japan. Visit monkeybargym.com for more info. While monkey bars were never my thing as a kid, this gym definitely calls me!
Thanks to American Fitness Magazine for the above info and as an afterthought to yesterday’s blog entry, thanks also to Michelle and Jamie for also being incredible house and pet-sitters. You two and Nicole I., have made it possible for me to travel worry free. With Nicole moving to Orlando this week, we are on the hunt again but will forever appreciate the care you took of our furry kids!
And now it’s time for an outdoor workout and a gym workout, perfect balance on a Saturday morning. Wherever you get your fitness, give it your all and a happy Cinco De Mayo to you!
