There are quite a few very special people in my life who are currently suffering with some pretty tough emotional, financial, physical and/or health situations and when I found this quote, I thought it quite appropriate to share.

That quote reminds me how I feel when holding yoga poses…
Just when I feel I can hold a pose no longer, my breath assists my body to hold on a little longer and THAT’s when I feel the release and really ease into the pose.
