Food drive going strong.  We are gathering for a mid February drop-off.   Thank you again to all who contribute so generously.

On the fitness front, I have had a lot of people inquiring about classes.  Tamarac Fitness Center is NOT open for classes at this time.  There are SilverSneakers classes available online at at some local facilities.  Personally, I am still not comfortable inside.  I have been doing some consultations and getting people started on a fitness routine but am NOT comfortable in situations that require a mask for training, (I am currently calling this “companion training”) but I am available for guidance, consultations, coaching and some unique socially distanced workouts such as yard yoga tonight at 6.

Wherever you are, it is time to start thinking about what you want to release to the full wolf moon this week.  Releasing what no longer (maybe never did) serve you, will make way for what does!  It couldn’t hurt for us to all let the moon know we are ready to release this virus and make room for some normalcy!

Till the normalcy comes, let us remain grateful for all we have.  I am so grateful my Summer got to see snow in her yard in Vegas this week.  Crazy to think they had enough snow in the desert to build an actual snowman, but they did!

I call this one Summer in the winter in Summerlin.
