So far this week we have turned passive into active and dull in vibrant. Thanks to Mitch, I came home from work to a beautifully vibrant salad, warmed up homemade veggie soup from earlier in the week and some cute and vibrant red potatoes. Having a theme really makes the whole day more interesting, and I love the comments and photos people sent me. Vibrant nail polish, vibrant lipstick colors, and vibrant painting, to name a few.
Today is not only hump day, but also the day that Chopra suggests turning routine into surprising. Why not try doing one thing out of the routine, today. Chopra suggests things like finding a new place to shop, reading something inspirational in place of the newspaper this morning, or surprising a loved one with a note of adoration. As this applies to your workout, try a new machine, a new class, or even a new spot in your old class. The only thing that limits you is your imagination, so go out there and surprise the world and while doing so, remember to reinforce the message that your are doing something surprising and exciting.
I will fill my day with as many little “out of my routine” things as I can today. For starters, I don’t usually share links for weight loss supplements, but I am going to do so this morning, for a couple of my students, Ron and Sharon, who have had great success with a product called Plexus Slim. While I have no personal experience with this (or any other) weight loss, you may want to check out Ron’s FaceBook page called Real Men Drink Plexus Slim Pink or visit his website at www.plexusslim.com/rbruder.
Speaking of weight loss, it was great to come home from the gym not only to a vibrant meal, but also to the return of Biggest Loser. While the show no longer grabs me in the way it once did, I still love watching the amazing transformations! It feels like the season just began, but contestants have already lost incredible amounts of weight and the finale is in 4 weeks! Rachel and Jennifer are looking so great. My only complaint is that giving the show 2 hours again, just really amounted to an extra hour of tears and breakdowns, which I don’t love. I am all about a good challenge, a great last chance workout and the weigh ins. We said goodbye to Tumi last night, which made me way happier than if we had to say goodbye to Tanya.
Please stay warm and safe and make to sure to get in your daily dose of fitness…and peace, of course.
