Ran my very first 5K this morning – Hooray for me! My time was 39:25 – I ran with a friend who would not do it on her own and I had to wait for her a bit. I think I would have come in around 35-36 mins on my own. I am just so happy (and proud) of myself for making the commitment, training and running the actual race. It was AWESOME and I will certainly do it again (and again and again – LOL)
