Today will be the last TUESDAY of classes at Tamarac Fitness Center for 2012. Class schedule is as always tomorrow, Thursday and Friday. No classes this weekend (or next). Next week we will have morning classes only. Gym is closed Christmas Day and New Years Day. I will be subbing Ellen’s SilverSneakers classes next week and she will be subbing my classes on New Years Day. I will be collecting SS luncheon money at the beginning of each class. The luncheon is January 31. If you have any questions about the schedule, the luncheon, etc., just ask!
I would like to thank all my students for the wonderful, generous gifts and beautiful sentiments. 2013 marks my 30 year anniversary teaching at TFC! That’s just crazy. As I have always told my students, that’s one gym I will be at till they force me out or close their doors. Thanks, Ron and Wendie for giving me a venue to share my love of fitness each and every day.
