Shirley and Fred have been students of mine for about 6 years. They are a lovely, fit, couple who attend classes on an average of three times a week. The class they attend is from 11:30-12:30. Yesterday, Shirley said “Don’t get nervous when I leave, I have an appointment and can only stay until 12.” Someone, overhearing, asked in the nicest of ways, ” If you can only stay for a half an hour, why did you bother to come?” Shirley answered with conviction and her answer was “Some is better than none.” That’s the attitude that keeps us fit and healthy. That’s my tip 2 to weight loss and weight management success. Some is better than none. Stop making excuses. We all have 24 hours in our day. Everyone can find some time to move! Thanks, Shirley.
