Turn the Page

I turn my calendar and it really is December.  Without sounding like I am gloating, even after 30 plus years living in South Florida, it is hard to believe.  Temperature this morning, 64 degrees…garden is thriving, jasmine is blooming and flowers are starting to appear on the mango trees…Jane, lace up those sneakers cause we are hitting the road this morning…then I will be at TFC  for 9:30 class.  Having eaten too many carbs last night, I am ready to burn some calories.

Thanks to those of you from different parts of the country who have let me know that you are reading my blog and finding inspiration to make change…Awareness is always the first step.

Best part of December for me…in just 3 more weeks the “days” begin to get longer again.  I am a sunshine junkie.  I admit it.
