Just did day 19 of this current 21 day meditation challenge with Deepak Chopra. While I am thrilled that it keeps me in the habit of meditating daily, I have to say, this is the least enjoyable series that I have participated in thus far. So if I encouraged you to try it and this is your first one, I apologize that it’s not a little more concrete. But again, I would rather be doing it, than not! Meditation has subtly helped me in countless ways and I am grateful for the inspiration, which for me, began with the series called Miraculous Relationships. I will continue to participate in each one and hope that meditation is a forever way of life. So glad that Mitch and Roxy join me on this journey. So happy that some of you are, as well.
