Things to do today:
Flip calendar to April.
Beware people who want to make a fool out of you.
Realize that anywhere you are, at least in the USA, you are one day closer to putting on a bathing suit so….
Get in some form of exercise.
Pay attention to what you eat and ask yourself what you are REALLY hungry for.
Inhale deeply. Exhale fully. Repeat.
Find some time to invite peace into your being.
Practice gratitude.
